Tribe's downtime was nearly disastrous and we're sorry for the loss of members, particularly to such a quintessential San Francisco institution as the Citadel. We want Tribe to be exactly the sort of network that your members would be most comfortable with.

We are working hard to fix the problems with the current system and stabilize it.

We are working hard to develop a new platform that will be even better tuned to organizing groups of people that are part of an organization like the Citadel.

There will be more down time as we make changes and push out fixes, but they will be better planned and shorter and ultimately far less frequent. We have already made a lot of progress but this will take us several months to finish.

We hope that as word goes out of renewed commitment to Tribe that users that have left will return and that new users will join us.
