tribe issues

...really getting burned out from getting bumped out of being logged-in so often. Tribe seems to have many issues now that I don't remember having a few years ago. I am at about a 50/50 chance of actually being able to log-in and even then, when I go to a tribe I often get bumped out then. Tribe is becoming less & less convenient to use. There just seems to be too many problems too often.

P.S. Plus, I hate the "flag" thing - people who go around flagging everything should be held accountable, their user name should be there to show who flagged pics, threads etc. I have people who go through every single pic in a couple tribes of mine who flag everything rendering the flag useless & worthless.

If your photos are being flagged abusively, you can and should respond to the notice. We do read them and if you respond with a legitimate explanation, we can reverse the flag and make a note of who is flagging abusively.

Thanks Carolyn, which "notice" am I suppose to use for this? Would you send it to me in a PM?

Most all of my pics in most of my tribes are flagged possibly from just one person being an arse.

Yes, you should get a PM whenever a photo of yours is flagged. Note that this is automatically generated when someone flags the photo.

The message contains instructions for responding to the flag, for example:

A photo from the 99th Percentile photo album been removed from public display by the Tribe.net community.

If you believe this content has been removed as a result of someone abusing the system and acting unreasonably, you may contact us by clicking the link below:

www.tribe.net/template/FlagItemHandle.vm [use the link provided in the message you receive, not this one]

As part of our efforts to ensure a positive community for all our members,
our Terms of Use allow members to remove content that they find offensive
or in violation of our Terms of Use or Code of Conduct.

The photo will be automatically deleted in 30 days.

          Thanks Carolyn,

I have never, not one time, gotten that message about any flags from any of my tribes. This is the first time I've heard of it.
